I tell you, my fellow Filipinos, do you know who is the real leader of our nation? It is us Filipinos, Filipinos who are committed to serve the country and the people, from the lowest people to the highest people we have to show our best to give even a small piece of goodness that can help the Philippines.
WHAT IF FPJ WON THE ELECTION AND HE DIDN'T DIE? FPJ was loved by many Filipinos because the characters he portrayed in the movies were of a hero or of someone saving people from dire straits. I'm sure he felt compelled to live up to this image while he was alive. None of us will ever know if this is his real character. What I do know is that we need a leader who will promote self-sufficiency in everyone of us. We need to believe in ourselves. Let us stop looking for heroes to save us. Let's put some honesty and dignity in everything we do.
Ninoy Said "Filipinos are worth dying for". But are we really worth it? Let us choose the right person which can lead our Nation to progress and prosperity. This minute folks are telling PGMA to resign. What can it do? will it magically let the crisis disappear? Will it give every single Filipino good job? Will it make our country an economic tiger once again? NO .nothing changes but the person in power. WE FILIPINOS, RIGHT NOW, HAVE THE RIGHT TO LEAD THE PHILIPPINES TO PROGRESS OR TO POVERTY.

Solutions to global warming - renewable energy, energy efficiency and new environmentally sound technologies - already exist.
The latest report from the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) confirms that hundreds of technologies are now available, at very low cost, to reduce climate damaging emissions, and that government policies need to remove the barriers to these technologies.Implementing these solutions will enable people to usher in a new era of energy, one that will bring economic growth, new jobs, technological innovation and, most importantly environmental protection. However, for green solutions to global warming to find a foothold in the market, governments and corporations need to shift away from polluting technology. In most industrial countries, conventional electricity is heavily subsidised, and the negative environmental impacts of its production are not reflected in the cost to end-users.The time has come for us end our addiction to fossil fuels and other climate damaging technologies. Here you can discover how clean renewable energies, like
wind, solar, bioenergy, hydroelectric and other sources can combine to create a clean energy revolution. Discover also the misleading myths about these solutions pushed by vested interests aiming to stop the clean energy revolution.

Good luck to your new journey!!!

Life is a constant change. In every chapter of our life, we encounter different changes. This is the nature of human beings. We never really saw it coming until we realize that we’ve gone through it. Changes could be good or bad for a person. It can make a person cry over and over again. On the other hand it can also make a person laugh all throughout. God has all the reason for what is happening around us. Whatever the reason is, God only knows.

In line with this, our very own Nhor Hanah Domaot will take a big change in her life. She will be going to another place to continue her studies and reach whatever dreams she has.

To our dear Nhor Hanah, in behalf of the SLR students, we may have known you for a very short period of time but what we shared was a memory that we will never forget and we’ll always cherished. We’re glad that even though we were raised from different cultures and religions, our paths met. We’ve created a friendship to be treasured. As you go and start reaching your dreams, our prayers are always with you. As Lao Tzu said,” A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.” This serves as a stepping stone for you. Just always remember that Allah is always at your side. We dedicate these two songs for you.

Thank you and God Bless...
